MY STORY
My story may not be so different from yours.
For years, I did what high performers do — chased success, climbed the ladder, gutted it out when things got hard, and smiled through the strain. I spent more than a decade working at the highest levels of government, and I know the pressure of working around the clock, managing more deadlines than you can count, leading through crisis after crisis, and doing all of it while making it look like you have everything under control.
And honestly? I was good at it. Really good at it. I helped guide more than 250 senior leaders — career ambassadors, government officials, C-suite executives, and nonprofit leaders — through the most high-stakes transitions of their careers. I helped lead a Presidential Transition during one of the most politically turbulent moments in recent American history.
Advising senior leaders, even when they don't want to hear hard truths? Sure. Staying calm when everyone around me is losing it? I've got you. Change myself? Figure out what I actually want? Reimagine my life from the inside out? ...Ummm. What?
A health challenge forced me to pause, and when I did I realized I had no desire to keep going the way I had been. What followed was some of the hardest and most important work I've ever done — serious introspection, an honest look at my values, a reckoning with the gap between what I was spending my life on and what actually mattered to me. It wasn't linear. It wasn't pretty. But it was real — and it led me somewhere I'm genuinely glad to be.
Now I work with people who, despite being successful by most measures, feel stuck, restless, or quietly ready for something different. Together, we work through the mess, find clarity, quiet the doubts, and move forward with real purpose.
